The Tees Valley Tourism Alliance is a group of like-minded businesses, passionate about our area, working in partnership to improve the quality of the tourism experience for visitors and locals alike.
We want to improve everyone’s experiences of the Tees Valley, bring change to things that need it and to represent you the visitor by listening to what you tell us we could do better, or what new things we could offer you in the near future.
We are giving you a voice to try to improve everyone’s experience of being a customer in our hotels, shops, restaurants, visitor attractions, car parks – everywhere!
When you tell us what you like or dislike you can feel confident that there’s a group of people who are listening and who are prepared to speak up for YOU!
We really are interested in YOUR Feedback on anything that has really impressed, pleased or frustrated you on your visit, such as: Public Toilets, Seating Areas, The Locals, Friendliness, Your Journey, Parking Facilities, Public Transport, Signage/ Directions...
On a more general, wider level, you can help us develop new ideas for the future if you tell us things like:
What was your overall impression of the Tees Valley?
Do you feel like coming back?
Will you tell your friends to visit the Tees Valley?
Is there anything you think we should do or have that we don’t do or have at the moment?
Or anything we should have more of, or should do more often?
